The council is inviting all Filipinos based in Europe to join us in our advocacy for developing youth leadership in this Continent. Perhaps you have the passion for the young and have a child-like heart similar with us. Come join us and let us pool our talents together. The organizational structure of the council is non-threatening. It is very much different from the existing organizations here in Europe. It is not led by personalities. The council moves as one united body. Everyone here is a leader! Everyone has a voice. The decision of the council is the combined voices of the majority. You do not have to leave your present organization to become a member. We the founders, also belong in our respective organizations yet we collaborated together to do something for our youth.

Membership is open for all Filipinos of legal age, former Filipino nationals who acquired foreign citizenship or foreign nationals married to a Filipino. (Legal age is 18 years old).
